Frisco is the Lead Design Partner for Westberg White Architecture, and in this capacity provides the guiding design philosophy for the firm’s projects and staff. Prior to partnering with Paul Westberg in 1987, Frisco was a principal and president of a nationally renowned architectural firm in San Diego. He went on to graduate from the School of Architecture at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he has since served as a guest design lecturer.

As an artist, designer/planner, and firm leader, he has thirty years of experience in the planning and design of commercial, institutional, civic, hospitality, restaurant, medical, recreational, residential, high-rise, urban design, large scale planning, and educational projects throughout the United States and abroad. As an architect and planner, he has sculptured and collaborated on numerous award-winning and progressive civic, commercial, residential and educational projects. Although licensed as an architect, he has also gained invaluable experience as a developer and builder of his own projects.

Frisco is an active participant in many professional organizations and also strongly committed to supporting and being an active participant in the shaping of his community. Serving as a Commissioner on the San Diego Planning Commission from 1993 through 2000, Chair of the Carmel Valley Community Planning Board from 2001 to the present, and as Treasurer and Board Member of the San Diego Education Fund from 1993 to 1997.
